how to place an order

Internet: Online ordering is quick and easy! Just click the "add to cart" button below the item you would like to order. You will be redirected to the shopping cart which will show a list of the items you are planning to purchase. Just follow the onscreen instructions and your order will be on its way to you before you know it!

shipping

Most orders (excluding custom orders) are shipped to you within 24-48 hours and every effort will be made to ship within 3 business days. If there’s going to be a delay, I will contact you. Custom orders will take longer.

I offer low cost $1.00 standard shipping via U.S. Postal Service First Class Mail anywhere in the U.S.A. Your order will be securely packaged in a padded envelope. Standard shipping is not insured.

I also offer shipping by Priority Mail (2-3 days) or Express Mail (overnight to most areas) within the U.S.A. Any order shipped via Priority or Express Mail will be insured for its full value. I do not currently offer international shipments.

how to pay

I accept cash, checks, money orders, all major credit cards (MasterCard, VISA, American Express and Discover) and/or PayPal when you place your order on-line. You do not need a PayPal account to purchase online.

If you wish to pay by personal check, I will ship your item after the check clears my bank (in approximately 5 to 7 business days.) Please make checks and/or money orders payable to Westwildwood, Inc.

returns (should the need arise!)

I want you to be 100% satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not, please return it to me for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of the shipment date. The item should be unused and in its original packaging.

Please contact me by e-mail or by telephone (847-370-4994) and I will give you the address where you may mail your return or exchange. The address for all returns will be printed on your sales receipt. I recommend that you insure your return package as I cannot be responsible for packages lost in transit.

Upon receiving your return in its original condition, I will refund your original payment. Shipping and gift-wrapping charges (if applicable) are nonrefundable.

gift wrap

Gift wrapping is also available for $2.50 per item. Your wrapped purchase will come ready for gift giving in a glossy white box topped with a bow and a pretty gift card, suitable for any occasion.

All other purchases will come in a pretty organza drawstring pouch.

The security of your personal and financial information is my biggest priority. Credit card details are collected using a SSL secured server. Your personal and financial information and/or e-mail address will not be used for any other purpose than your purchase from Westwildwood Jewelry.

After your initial purchase your name will be added to my mailing list. You may remove your name from my mailing list at any time, either by using the unsubscribe link at the bottom of my mailings or by contacting me directly.
